Christmas festivities

I have to tell you we had the most, lovely, relaxing Christmas this year. We didn't really do very much, we just spent lots of time at home, watching movies, relaxing and I can't think of a better way to have spent the Holiday season. We also got terribly spoiled by Father Christmas - I even got a new Ipod (although I was assured that this would not be happening), add to that my dalek shaped bubble bath (thanks Dad) and I was all set! We also spent a lot of time with Anna's family, which was very nice, and spent a very snug Christmas Eve at home with Anna's family singing carols (aside from me - I don't really go in for the singing thing) and reading the Christmas story by the fire. Anywho here's a short video of our cozy Christmas Eve (please note how talented my wife is, she doesn't even need music!). All in all Christmas was just perfect and a wonderful break.

Your Christmas Eve looks so cozy! It makes me miss singing with my family on Christmas. Anna, I'm so glad you're still playing the violin - you sound great.

Well, I don't practice as much as I should. Are you still playing the piano? Yeah, I guess it's hard to get together with your family since they're all so spread out now!

My favorite memories are the gorgeous voices of those VanDenBurghe girls!!! AMAZING!!! Anna has the most incredible alto voice ever. And is she singing while playing the violin...multi-talented!!!
